These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between the client (“you” or “client”) and the crypto asset recovery service provider (“we” or “us”) with regards to the recovery of lost or stolen crypto assets. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below
Scope of Services
We offer crypto asset recovery services to clients who have lost access to their crypto assets due to a variety of reasons, including but not limited to lost passwords, theft, or technical errors. Our services include but are not limited to providing technical assistance, accessing wallets and exchanges, and providing advice and guidance on how to recover your crypto assets.
Fees Our
fees are dependent on the complexity of the case and the amount of work required to recover the assets. We will provide you with an estimate of the fees prior to commencing any work, and we will not undertake any work until you have agreed to the fees. We may require a retainer fee before commencing work.
Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of all information related to your case and will not disclose any information to any third party without your express written consent, except as required by law.
Liability
We will make every effort to recover your crypto assets, but we cannot guarantee success. We are not liable for any losses or damages that may result from our services, including but not limited to the loss of the crypto assets being recovered, or any consequential or incidental damages.
Client Obligations
You are responsible for providing us with accurate and complete information related to your case. You agree to cooperate with us in our efforts to recover your crypto assets, including providing any information or documentation that we may request. You also agree to pay our fees in a timely manner.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, we will cease all work on your case and return any documents or materials provided by you.
Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located.
Entire Agreement This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and us with respect to the recovery of your crypto assets and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements between the parties, whether oral or written.
Modification
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modifications.
