Mining Platform scams: scammers try and convince victims to buy cryptocurrency to use in mining more of it, while in reality there is no mining happening – the scammers ask their victims to transfer funds through a crypto wallet that look like returns on the investment. Over time, the victim invests more, and the scammers keep demanding more funds to be sent over to the  Mining platform

If you meet someone on a dating site or app, and they want to show you how to invest in crypto, or asks you to send them crypto, that’s a scam.
